How Personalization Works
At OfeliaT, we follow a clear process with no surprises. From the first point of contact to delivery, every step is designed to ensure your order arrives exactly as you imagined it.
Step 1 — Consultation and Briefing
Tell us what you need: product type, quantity, company logo, and delivery date. We’ll answer any questions you have within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Material Selection and Design
Together, we’ll choose the type of leather (smooth, split, nappa), the color, and the engraving finish. We’ll send physical samples if the order requires them. Our artisans will prepare a customization proposal featuring your logo before producing anything.
Step 3 — Artisanal Production in Spain
Once the design is approved, we begin production. Each piece is handcrafted in Spain. The production time is 45 days from the date the design is approved. We do not use industrial manufacturing: every item passes through the hands of our artisans at every stage of production.
Step 4 — Quality Control and Delivery
We inspect each item before packing it. We ship with tracking to anywhere in Spain and, upon request, internationally. The minimum order is 1,500 €.

Do you manufacture outside of Spain?
No. Everything is handmade in Spain. Manufacturing in Spain is part of our value proposition.
