How the personalization process works
At OfeliaT, we follow a clear, transparent process. From the initial contact to delivery, every step is designed to ensure your order arrives exactly as you imagined it.
Step 1 — Inquiry and Briefing
Tell us what you need: product type, quantity, company logo, and delivery date. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Material Selection and Design
Together, we choose the type of leather (smooth, suede, nappa), color, and engraving finish. We can send physical samples for larger orders. Our artisans prepare a customization proposal featuring your logo before production begins.
Step 3 — Artisanal production in Spain
Once the design is approved, production begins. Each piece is handcrafted in Spain. The production lead time is 45 days from design approval. We do not use industrial manufacturing: every item is handled by our artisans at every stage.
Step 4 — Quality Control and Delivery
We inspect every item before packing. We ship with tracking anywhere in Spain and, upon request, internationally. The minimum order is 1,500 EUR.
